We are pleased to share that we recently completed our 2024 Programme, featuring highlights including the Film Africa Festival, Annual Lecture and Benefit Gala. These events were exceptional, well attended and aligned with our Mission. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all our members for their invaluable support in making this Programme a success. 

As we turn our focus to 2025, we aim to build on the excellent work of our Director, Janet Rogan who stepped down from her role as Director on 1 January 2025, with our deepest gratitude for her leadership.

To ensure continuity, we are very grateful that Andrew Skipper MBE our current Vice Chair, has, at the Council’s request, kindly stepped into the role of Interim Director. Andrew has a well known passion for Africa, and has a wide range of experience working on and with the Continent in private business, trade, policy and cultural areas.

We look forward to working together to achieve even greater success in the year ahead.
